|
Dayna is passionate about leadership development and change. Her personal mission is to help others achieve their full potential. Since 2007, Dayna has been providing coaching, facilitation and instructional design services for various clients in a wide variety of industries. She has facilitated sessions in all soft skills areas including personal effectiveness, performance management, management development, diversity and inclusion, selling skills, change management and employee engagement with specific expertise in virtual facilitation. She has also taught more than 50 courses at York University in the following subject areas- strategy, organizational theory and design and finance. Her sessions go beyond the traditional material - igniting ideas in her participants, and inspiring action.
Dayna's background includes numerous years of corporate finance experience with Scotiabank and Bank of Montreal. Her work included complex transactions and the management of a portfolio of commercial clients exceeding $200 million. Dayna holds a Masters of Business Administration from York University's Schulich School of Business, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Distinguished Toastmaster. She is also a Certified Training and Development Practitioner, a Certified Professional Coactive Coach through the Coaches Training Institute and is a Certified Leadership Circle Profile Administrator. She is a former competitive swimmer competing at both the national and international levels. Others describe Dayna as creative, dynamic, driven, challenging, energetic, and compassionate. |
